SourceFlow is the ‘Recruitment Marketing Platform’ built for recruitment agencies. Our technology helps recruitment companies attract the best candidates, clients and consultants. This helps them build a more powerful brand and increase revenue.
We only launched at the start of 2022 but we’re already on an incredible journey.
In the past 24 months we’ve grown to a team of 30 FT/Perm staff, and have successfully onboarded over 100 recruitment companies in the Europe, APAC & the US. We’ve set ourselves some big goals and we’re excited to be surpassing them already.
We have a global reach in terms of customers and people. We work 3 days in the office and Mondays & Fridays at home. The team operating from there is part of our UK operations and helps support, customers globally in delivery and beyond.

As a Web Designer at SourceFlow, you’ll be responsible for transforming client briefs into striking and effective digital experiences. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused websites tailored to our clients’ needs.
Interpret and develop design concepts from client briefs into high-fidelity visuals
Design responsive websites, landing pages, and interface components
Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation
Apply client brand guidelines consistently while introducing creative, strategic ideas
Present designs to clients, respond to feedback constructively, and iterate with clarity
Adhere to accessibility standards and UX best practices throughout your work
At least 2 years’ experience in web or UI/UX design
A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive website design
Proficient in Figma – our primary tool for producing design work
Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and colour
Strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset
Must be based in Kuala Lumpur and able to attend the office 3 days per week
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their project requirements, and translate needs into actionable plans
Maintain well-organised, structured Figma projects to ensure clarity, easy collaboration, and a professional standard of design
Bonus:
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating with developers
Skills in Adobe apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator
