Location: Hybrid – Doncaster office (3 days a week) + Home Working
Hours: 3 days in office, 2 days at home
Salary: £40,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be on the front line of our growth. This is a full 360° sales role: you’ll self-generate leads, nurture warm marketing-qualified leads, and close deals — all selling into the UK recruitment market. You will own your pipeline, work with internal teams to deliver impressive demos, and become an expert in how our platform transforms recruitment businesses’ performance.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through proactive outreach into the UK recruitment sector
Work warm MQLs, convert inbound interest into meetings and proposals
Nurture leads through the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, follow-ups, negotiation, close
Build trusted relationships; understand customer pain points and articulate value clearly
Collaborate with marketing & customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and happy customers
Meet and exceed sales targets, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy, reporting and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in full-cycle sales, ideally having worked in recruitment or tech
Solid understanding of the recruitment industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills; you can build rapport quickly
Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organised — able to juggle and prioritise multiple deals
Strong listening skills and consultative selling mindset
Tech-minded (you’ll be selling a platform), comfortable demoing tools, understanding metrics, value-selling
