Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SourceFlow   Location: Doncaster (Hybrid)   We’re looking for a motivated SDR to join the SourceFlow team! Whether you’ve worked in recruitment or have experience as an SDR in tech, this is your chance to transition into SaaS with the potential to become a SaaS Account Executive within 12 months.   What does an SDR do?   As an SDR, your role is to build the top of our sales funnel by identifying and reaching out to potential customers. You'll research leads, initiate conversations, and qualify prospects for our sales team. This involves cold calling, emailing, and using social platforms to connect with key decision-makers. We are looking for a self-starter who can really push the boundaries with their work. We are looking to constantly be ahead of the curve and really give that ‘wow’ factor to our clients and prospects when they see our work. You need to have an eye for design and feel comfortable dealing with different stakeholders - this is a client facing role. Our brand is our baby and our client's brand is theirs so we are looking for someone who really takes pride in their work.   Roles & Responsibilities:   Producing website designs - wireframes & full designs Helping consult our clients Take website briefs Understand a brand and help take it to the next level Be involved with daily meetings Present back designs and ideas internally and externally You will work on multiple projects at once You might be involved with product work as we innovate our platform You will work closely with the experience and development team   What we are looking for   Experience working on web projects, that could be within a professional role or on a freelance basis - The quality of your portfolio is more important to us than the companies you have worked for A love for design and pushing boundaries Someone who takes pride in their work Strong communication skills Time management skills, self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines Someone with a get up and go attitude - you need to love a fast-paced environment A keen eye for detail and someone who keeps up to date with trends Experience using Figma is preferred Basic CSS, HTML, Javascript understanding would be an advantage We pride ourselves on being a customer-centric company and we are looking for someone willing to go the extra mile   Why SourceFlow   We are a small company with big plans.
