In July 2025, the team at SourceFlow launched a brand new website for Vetro Recruitment. Since this date - the performance improvements have been incredible. We interviewed Alastair Tulloch, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Vetro, to learn more about their new recruitment websites design and what it’s doing for their business.

Alastair: “We were facing a significant challenge with our old website. Our organic ranking on Google was terrible, and we were seeing very low application rates from google. We needed a partner who could not only build a great-looking site but also had the technical expertise to drastically improve our online visibility. Alastair: “Absolutely. Since launch on 1st July 2025, the improvements have been dramatic:
User acquisition: Total users are up 6.35%, with new users increasing by 8.71% and returning users by 15.34% compared to the preceding period.
Search performance: Organic Google search clicks are up 626.65%, while impressions have grown by a massive 799.91%.
Traffic acquisition: Organic search-driven traffic has increased by 57.96%, and engaged sessions from organic search have risen by 41.67%.
Jobs page: Views are up 1,664.61%, active users increased by 1,210.53%, and views per user have grown by 34.66%.
Even before these new figures, our old site averaged 280 job applications. With SourceFlow, we’ve nearly doubled this to 550 applications, showing the direct impact of the new recruitment web design.”
