Tell us a bit about LSP...

LSP Renewables is a renewable energy recruitment agency, dedicating to servicing the international renewable energy industry. We cover both permanent and contract positions across a wide range of renewable technologies. 

We have four offices, our HQ in Bromley - UK, a second that opened in Taiwan in 2019, closely followed by our Dallas office in the United States in 2022 and Seoul, Korea this year.

We passionately believe in reducing global CO2 emissions in order to safeguard the long-term future of our planet. This passion fuels our desire to provide best in class talent and career support services to the companies and people working to achieve a brighter, greener future.

We aim to connect market leading talent with innovative market leading projects from our offices across the globe, so that together those challenges and net zero emissions targets can be met.

Why did you choose to partner with SourceFlow?

Our Operations Manager Kathryn already had connections with some of the team at SourceFlow but we made the initial introductions with Matt & Craig at BH Engage towards the end of last year. Matt & Craig were extremely approachable, we got to know them and their experience, they weren’t pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions needed. 

The team at SourceFlow have reams of experience in building recruitment websites, and we knew they would have the ability to build and provide the services we were looking for. 

How did you find the delivery of your website?

The delivery couldn’t have gone better for us, the team understood what we were looking for, took into consideration all of our inspirations/examples and had the confidence to create what we had in mind. The team implemented our brand into every design they proposed and advised when needed. Helen & Callum kept us up to date throughout the whole process, ensuring we knew where the project was at, and what needed a bit more work.  

How did you find the team to work with?

We worked very closely with Helen Taylor & Callum Hull throughout and couldn’t have asked for a better team! 

Firstly, their knowledge and expertise were to the highest standard, always there with great ideas when we were trying to bring an idea to life. No problem was too big for the team, anything we asked, they’d find a way to do it. 

The team here at LSP made a genuine relationship with SourceFlow, our weekly calls ended up in us floods of laughter, and they were extremely easy for us to pick up the phone to. 

We couldn’t ask for anyone better! 

What are you most pleased with during this project?

Can we say everything? Our new site is a complete refresh for us, its modern, user friendly and allows us to collate a range of different engagement data to analyse how things are working for us. Our aim at the beginning was to provide a site to not only showcase our roles but a place where we could offer solutions to both Clients and Candidates.

What’s next for LSP?

As the renewable energy industry grows, we look forward to growing alongside it, breaking into new technologies and learning about new green industries. LSP aim to be seen as a thought leader, being the go-to for all consultative advice. 

First thing being first though, we need to get our Chinese site up and running…
