Koda partnered with SourceFlow to create a modern, recruitment-specific website with strong usability and a brand-led design. 

 

Six weeks after launch, we spoke with Yasmin Rink, Marketing Executive at Koda, to understand how the project had gone so far. It’s still early days, but the website already reflects their intended look and feel, and early engagement indicators are moving in a positive direction.

 

Tell us a bit about your company

 

“We are a recruitment company that was formed in 2016. We began with a focus on technology in Europe and have since expanded our offering across finance, GTM and construction industries in the US.”

 

Why did you choose to partner with SourceFlow?

 

“We researched a few different website providers and had initial calls. We found that SourceFlow answered our queries really well and we left the call feeling reassured. We liked that SourceFlow specialises in websites for recruitment companies. We previewed the CMS platform and felt the usability was friendly. Finally, we asked about response times to any issues and were assured the team works hard to get issues and bugs resolved quickly.”

 

How did you find the delivery of your recruitment website?

 

“We found this a little bit rushed, especially towards the end, and found the communication lacking at times, perhaps due to a time difference. However, we’re aware that this will not always be a smooth process and there will be bugs following launch. Everything does get resolved really quickly, which we appreciate.”

 

How is your website performing so far? Has it improved sales or marketing?

 

“We haven’t got that far yet, but we are really happy with the overall look of the website. Our brand in our shop window has been elevated. We felt as though our vision was captured really well and we’re looking forward to seeing the results.”

 

Are there any metrics you can share?

 

“We’ve had a lot of positive internal feedback.”
