- Eligibility: Your entry into this competition is strictly conditional upon the you “the prospect” attending Bullhorn’s conference Engage Boston 2026, completing the event landing page form, and participating in a scheduled platform demonstration.
- The offer: If you win, SourceFlow will provide the you with a standard recruitment website for a duration of 24 months with all standard monthly SaaS fees waived.
- Exclusion of add-ons: This promotion is limited to the core SourceFlow website functionality. Any premium add-on components, advanced tools, or bespoke development requests that outside of normal scope are excluded from this offer. If required, these features will be subject to additional fees as per SourceFlow’s standard pricing.

- Contract end & continuity: Following the 24-month term, should the prospect wish to retain the website, a monthly fee will apply. This fee will be locked in and agreed upon during the demo stage.
- Data & IP: The prospect retains rights to all content and data, while the SourceFlow Platform remains the property of SourceFlow Limited.
