1. Tell us a bit about Eligo?
We have over 20 years experience as career consultancy partners. We work across a few niche markets including technology, medical, events, fire and security. In every team our service is focussed on being knowledgeable market specialists with longstanding relationships enabling us to connect the best candidates and clients in the market not just on the market, through our unique engaged network.
2. Why did you choose to partner with SourceFlow?

3. How did you find the delivery of your website?
Over the years I’ve worked on a number of similar projects and this has by far been the smoothest amd least stressful! The team have been great and I’ve been particularly impressed when we had a potential couple of bumps in the road (due to our previous supplier and integration partner) both Matt and Alec jumped straight on the phone personally to offer their support and assistance, helping us navigate the issues quickly and effectively.
4. How did you find the team to work with?
Great communication, regular calls, updates and project slack channel all helped keep us on track and well informed. They’re also a lovely bunch which is important to us as life is too short to work with dickheads! We like to work with partners not suppliers, with the view of growing together.
5. What are you most pleased with during this project?
With multiple niche sectors we needed to be able to represent each team but to have a coherent brand and messaging across the site which we think we achieved. The job search and advice and insights pages are the most important functionalities so the google style job searching is excellent and we’re delighted with the usability and filtering of our content now, we can’t wait to be driving more quality content for our candidates and clients. We’ve already had 2 new client enquiries submitted via our contact us page so we haven’t seen any dip in traffic or conversion which you might expect in your first couple of weeks!
6. What’s next for Eligo?
Our focus right now is asking ourselves “how good can we be”? We’re really proud of our achievements so far but we’re always looking to identify and seize opportunities to be better. To drive growth through talent, for our people, our business and our partners, both candidates and clients. Exciting times ahead and now with a nice shiny new website!!
