C&amp;M Travel Recruitment were formed in 1998 and are the most established specialist travel recruitment company in the UK. After comparing a number of website developers over a series of weeks, we decided to go with Sourceflow for a variety of reasons, including their attitude and experience, enthusiasm for our project and the quality of their previous websites.

We were in the fortunate position of having a relaxed deadline for when we wanted the website to go live. We simply wanted the website to be as good as possible before we switched everything over &ndash; and Sourceflow were fantastic in helping us achieve this.
We had a number of discussions about the look and feel of the new site, and we sent across various examples of other websites which we liked. Very shortly after, we received the first designs of our new site &ndash; and we knew we had chosen the right company to work with. We wanted a bright, engaging, user-friendly website which made it as easy as possible for candidates to find and apply for relevant jobs &ndash; and that's exactly what Sourceflow delivered.
And when it came to the go live date, the switchover to the new website was seamless.

 4. How did you find the team to work with?
Helen and Callum were both a pleasure to work with. Friendly and easy to talk to, they both immediately understood what we wanted to achieve, and offered great suggestions to help us create the best website possible. Whenever we asked for any small alterations to the website, the team got back to us quickly and made the changes in a short timeframe.

 5. What are you most pleased with during this project?
The goal of the new site was always very simple - to create a clean website that allowed candidates to find details of relevant jobs as easily as possible, and then be able to apply for the roles in as few steps as possible. Sourceflow completely delivered this.
We also love that the site gets better all the time. For instance, when we were discussing various features that we wanted on the new site, we asked if we could have a radius search on the job search page, but we were told this wasn't something that Sourceflow could currently provide. However, shortly before the website went live, we were told that Sourceflow had been developing this feature behind the scenes and that it could now be added to the site!
In addition, we are regularly being told about various other features and additions which are soon to be made available, so we look forward to seeing how our site grows in the coming months and years.

 6. What&rsquo;s next for C&amp;M?
Last year was our busiest year ever - so more of the same please! Alongside the new website, we also created a brand new logo earlier this year, so this marks a new stage and complete refresh for C&amp;M.

We are delighted with the end result, and the feedback has been good. Navigating the journey to launch proved to be a more substantial endeavour than initially anticipated, providing us with an opportunity for growth and learning. We engaged in the detailed work of creating credentials decks, a process that while time-consuming, served its purpose before being superseded by our website. At moments, it appeared as if our team was perhaps overly large; however, this led to the strategic decision to streamline our process by designating me as the primary contact for all design and copy-related matters. Ultimately, we're thrilled with the outcome, and we wholeheartedly believe that the quality of the result is what truly matters.

Bruce was very accommodating as the lead for the site and we worked well with him to realize our vision. It&rsquo;s always difficult to try and convey sometimes simple requests over a VC and there was a significant time difference but we worked around it and got there in the end.

The visuals and overall design. It has lived up to our expectations and is quite different to our competitors which is what we wanted. I believe it showcases more of who we are now, and where we are going rather than who we once were and for us thats a great thing. &nbsp;

We are looking forward to growing our offering across the Middle East and Asia and have eyes on other markets and offerings for our clients. The job search and advice and insights pages are the most important functionalities so the google style job searching is excellent and we&rsquo;re delighted with the usability and filtering of our content now, we can&rsquo;t wait to be driving more quality content for our candidates and clients. We chose to partner with SourceFlow initially for our new website as we really liked the flexibility they offered around the design and creative aspects of the site build. It felt like where they were as a company and what they offered was fairly well aligned with us as a company and what we were looking for. The ability to almost be part of a steering committee essentially as to how the platform offering progresses over time was too good to turn down. We especially liked the use of attribution modelling to provide full end-to-end ROI tracking. We did some research and received glowing feedback from a company whose website was almost about to launch at the time.

The delivery of the site was a positive experience. Regular meetings with Alec, Helen and initially Matt, ensured that all parties were on track throughout and working towards the same goal. We felt they provided excellent feedback and guidance as we worked through the deliverables from our side at the earlier stages of the project. There was the occasional hiccup along the way as with any project but they have delivered a stunning and hopefully converting new website, as promised.

The SourceFlow team were excellent to deal with throughout the web project. They were always on hand to give their insight and expertise on what might work best or how to progress the project. Most importantly they were always pleasant to deal with, easy to speak to and personable. The regular communication via video call, email and WhatsApp ensured we were always up to date on what was happening.

I would say the actual website is what we are most pleased with from this project. The finished site has super-fast load speeds and a great UX. The design really brings our brand to life, and it just feels like an Engage People website throughout. We are excited about all the features yet to come.

Next up is a focus on recruiting internally, which we are sure the &lsquo;work for us&rsquo; page on our new site will help with no end. 1. Tell us a bit about ProTech?

ProTech is an employee-owned Recruitment Company focusing in the main on the STEM industries. We have been in business for over 30 years but it was in 2022 when the company made the transition to being employee owned that totally changed the dynamic for the better. Now everyone that works at ProTech has a stake in the business performance, we are working and supporting each other even more than we were previously which is excellent.

2. Why did you choose to partner with SourceFlow?
We chose to partner with Sourceflow in order to have more control over how our content is presented and to bring our website forwards in terms of its design and delivery compared to our previous site. Not just that but it was the ambitious road map that Sourceflow have set out that involves many exciting features that we are looking forward to being able to use, in particular future integration with our new CRM.

3. How did you find the delivery of your website?
The delivery of our website went really well. We had to turn everything around pre-Christmas 2022 and with time running out it required all hands on deck, both on the ProTech side and the Sourceflow one. With much back and forth and constant communication, everyone pulled together to get the website into a completed state so that we were ready to launch in January. Like most websites that get launched, we are still improving as we go even now, and implementing a kaizen philosophy as we make improvements over time.

The team were a pleasure to work with. Callum and Helen in particular have been really helpful, both in terms of their suggestions based on their expertise and their understanding of our concerns and queries that we had throughout the process. Callum Hull is a great communicator and it&rsquo;s been so easy to talk with him about the project and for him to go away and ensure the progression of our website the way in which we have asked.

We were most pleased with the ability to have so much say in the way that our website was built. It&rsquo;s also very handy for me as the marketer to be able to edit the majority of the website on the fly without having to ask a support team to implement changes for me.

Alongside our CRM we have upgraded not just the website but lots of technology around the office to streamline and make more effective our ways of working more. We are already seeing the benefits of this but there is much more to come as the year progresses. Our marketing partner highly recommended Matt and his new company SourceFlow. They recommended that Sourceflow is a new recruitment website platform that would be the upcoming new generation platform. We were very excited to partner with Sourceflow and have not been disappointed.

Jackson Grant loves the design, and the platform seems very adaptable to accommodate our recruitment needs.

Working with the SourceFlow team has been very smooth. Although we are in a different part of the world, they accommodate us by allocating their early morning slots for us and follow up very religiously on things that need to be done.

I love the fact that the Sourceflow team is always ready to support with our continuous website detail tweaks, and have been very patient with our constant updates as we learn how to use the platform. They are even taking our comments for consideration to update and improve their platform.

when I set up my business, he was working for another business. The service vs price he was selling to me then was not for me. Two years on and two websites later, I reached back out to Craig because I noticed he was not in that business anymore and he suggested SourceFlow.

1. Tell us a bit about Leonid?
Leonid recruits for roles of all levels across the R&amp;D tax and corporate governance sectors.
We do things a little differently; we work solely on a retained search basis &ndash; regardless of role seniority. As such, our main focus is on providing a gold standard service to our clients.&nbsp;We&rsquo;ve been in business for four years and while we&rsquo;re a small team, we have plans for&nbsp;growth in the near future.

2. Why did you choose to partner with SourceFlow?
Our previous website served as a decent introduction to Leonid, but over time it became&nbsp;apparent that the brand proposition and user journey were not clearly defined enough.&nbsp;Clients and candidates have very different needs when they visit a website and we needed&nbsp;to provide two very clear paths. Likewise, the two sectors we recruit for also have very&nbsp;different requirements, so we needed a really sophisticated solution to ensure we could&nbsp;address each target audience and provide a seamless experience for whoever was visiting&nbsp;our site.

Sourceflow reassured us that they could take on this challenge with something really&nbsp;bespoke for Leonid, which would deliver an exceptional user experience, combined with&nbsp;great design and functionality. We also liked the idea of working with a SaaS model, so that&nbsp;we can continually build on the website and improve it as we receive more user data, all the&nbsp;while having the added reassurance of ongoing technical support.&nbsp;And finally, I had only heard glowing recommendations from other Sourceflow customers,&nbsp;so this really sealed the decision for us.

Overall, we&rsquo;ve had a great experience of working with Sourceflow. They always listened&nbsp;carefully to feedback and patiently worked with us to really &lsquo;nail&rsquo; the brand and the user&nbsp;experience that we had envisaged. There have been a lot of tweaks required before we&nbsp;could go live &ndash; as you would expect &ndash; but the team worked at a fast pace to get everything&nbsp;corrected in preparation for launch.

Helen and Callum were both very responsive and proactive, making sure that the project&nbsp;kept moving along. They were also calm, good-humoured and a pleasure to work with. The&nbsp;development team have also worked quickly to address all of our requests and&nbsp;amendments.

We&rsquo;ve ended up with a website that provides a clear user journey and which looks completely different to any other recruiter&rsquo;s website. It also really highlights our USPs.&nbsp;This was the brief &ndash; and Sourceflow delivered!

We are looking to expand in the next year or so &ndash; watch this space! It&rsquo;s very reassuring to&nbsp;know that we can scale the website as we grow. We are also continuing to champion a&nbsp;different approach to recruitment; we firmly believe that the traditional contingency model&nbsp;is flawed and we&rsquo;re out to show the world that there is a different and better way.
